The Zipper insert allows you to turn your Maximus magazine pocket into an additional pouch. This insert allows the user to ditch the magazine and have additional pockets for non combative needs. This give the user 3 individual pouches for medical or search and rescue roles.

I don’t carry a M4 at work, so I didn’t need the main pocket of the Maximus placard for carrying magazines. But the option of stashing larger items in it instead of my pockets makes this a useful item.
